Cecilia Parish is the sole proprietor of Professional Bookkeeping & Business Services. She resides in Schnecksville, PA with her husband Jeff and daughter Sarah Grace.

As a Virtual Assistant, Cecilia assists start-up companies with website creation, bookkeeping, marketing and branding, administrative, creative and technical tasks. Since a Virtual Assistant is compensated only for the hours retained, her services have proven to be cost effective to her clients. Back office expenses are significantly reduced due to the elimination of: health insurance; employee benefit expenses; worker’s compensation; vacation/personal time off; overtime expenses; office space; office supplies/equipment; administration costs, recruiting agency fees or payroll taxes.

Cecilia earned her A.A.S Degree (1989) in the Professional Secretarial Program from Berkeley College in New York City. She also earned her B.S. Degree (1992) in Office Information Systems from Pace University in New York City. In 2008, she decided to continue her studies with the Universal Accounting Center and became a Certified, Professional Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Pro Specialist.

Cecilia’s work experience coupled with additional schooling, have provided her with a tremendous amount of knowledge, technical expertise and administrative 'know-how.' She has a twenty-year tenure working in ‘Corporate America' for Fortune 500 companies in New York City (some of them including Arthur Andersen LLP, KPMG, McGraw Hill Companies, etc.).

Throughout her employment history, she has maintained excellent performance appraisals due to her work ethic, diligence and perseverance. Cecilia is bi-lingual (Spanish) and holds her Pennsylvania Notary License.
